Job Description : - PeopleSoft HR – Techno Functional ( Global Payroll)
Functional/ Technical Understanding
- Minimum of 3 + years experience on PeopleSoft HR version 9.0
- Comprehensive understanding of standard business processes preferably in the staffing industry.
- Deep functional/ technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Application, with Global Payroll experience (Core and UK & India Country Extension), Year end processing, Global Payroll Integration with T&L, GL.
- Proven experience in implementing in PeopleSoft Global Payroll (preferable UK).
- Provide functional expertise in advising clients relating to any regarding Global Payroll functionality.
- Proficient in using PeopleSoft reporting toolset ( XMLP, SQR, PS Query and nVision).
- Understands the implementation life-cycle and is comfortable performing at every step within it (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support).
- Create test plans
- Produce business requirements and technical specification documentation for development.
- Working experience on PS Technical (PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, Integration Broker, Application Engine)
- Knowledge of PS Security (Including Global Payroll security).
- Flexible to work in shifts (UK hours)
- Flexible to work some weekends

Analysis and Solution Definition
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of Business Partner's organization.
- Identifies Business Partner organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for Business Partner engagements.
Technical Recommendation and Testing
- Leads testing efforts.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with Business Partner personnel to identify required changes.
- Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from project team / business partners and appropriately and accurately evaluate and applies suggestions/feedback.
- Communicates and applies project standards.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our Business Partners.
- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
