SEO/Senior SEO (Search Engine Optimizer)

The Senior SEO will be responsible to take care of all SEO activities to promote the assigned websites. The person will be needed to coordinate with the development team to make modifications whenever required.


  • Take care of all on page and off page SEO activities for the websites. Take care of all Social Media Optimization activities.
  • Ensure incremental visits and leads for the website.
  • Analyze the traffic flow on the website using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Maintain and improve the website configuration using Google Webmasters tool.
  • Prepare monthly keywords report of the niche keywords.
  • Improve the rank of the site on key parameters.
  • Improve the user friendliness of the websites to make the website engaging.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in on page and off page SEO
  • Proficient in On Page and Off Page SEO techniques
  • Understanding and experience of using Google Webmasters tool and Google Analytics.
  • Experience of using SEO tools for report generations, sitemap generation, Alexa search, etc.
  • Knowledge regarding the various Google updates and the pros and cons of it.
  • Proficiency in tracking sites organic traffic, performing keywords, Top performing URLs etc. using Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Technology and Skills:

Search engine optimization – both on page and off page, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Website Analysis, Google Adwords, Google Webmaster, Blogging, Micro-blogging, Social Media Optimization


  • Javascript and client side coding skills (HTML, CSS3, Javascript) Preferred Optimizely certified.
  • Customer and Marketing data analysis skills including Statistical analysis. This is to enable Customer segment analysis to input the marketing decision making process.
