Your new role
Elevating the Sourcing skills of our people is critical to our overall business success. Therefore, in this role you can make a real difference by curating and developing Sourcing and Recruiting training courses and in turn the capabilities in our teams, work with the business to achieve greater embedment and sustainability of learning and developing resources and learning content.
You will also be involved in the various L&D initiatives and interventions across business.
This role will involve a combination of home and office-based working, but you must be able to travel to either Noida or Gurugram as per business need.
Your new role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Delivery of classroom and virtual trainings related to Sourcing and Recruitment – tools, techniques, systems, relevant laws (right to work), employment types etc.
- Usage of most effective mechanisms – Online (Learning portal), classroom trainings, on-the-job learnings.
- Work along with teams to mentor, shadow people on-the-job to support their learning journey and provide constructive feedback on areas of improvement to help them develop.
- Providing constructive insight and feedback on our people to leadership to help sustain learning objectives.
- Supporting the ongoing enhancement and evolution of our learning and development suite
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of learning projects.
- Working along with the L&D Team to support various L&D projects, trainings and optimum usage of available tools.
- Keeping up to date and consulting on the latest L&D trends that could be utilised within Hays.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 4+ to 8 years of experience with Ideally a proven track record of working in recruitment environment with good knowledge of industry wide tools, job portal and techniques.
- An effective communicator who is influential and persuasive
- Someone that understands the principle of sourcing and recruitment
- A creative thinker who is open to change and innovation
- Passion for training and developing people to be successful
- You’ll be a collaborative worker who is promoter of teamwork
- The ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on with Powerpoint presentation and other MsOffice tools and facilitation skills.
