Job Description: Assistant / Deputy Manger - HR

Role Overview

As part of Digital HR Transformation programme, you will be involved in designing, developing and implementing HR digital landscape and workflows to enhance the employee experience and HR Operating Model within HBS. You will also be responsible for HR Analytics and dashboards generation.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 tool for HR end-to-end, using Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Bi etc., and act as a HR Functional expert. Liaise with HR SMEs for design & development and act as a change champion for digitization

You should have more than 6 years of experience in HR, with exposure in Automation & Analytics domain.

This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibility Areas
  • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics HR tool – Deployment in partnership with stakeholders within HR, business and IT.
  • Build automated HR workflows and reports, dashboards in the tool.
  • Responsible for Process Design and Improvement
  • Liaising with Application Development team (based out in India or other countries) for any changes/enhancement in the system, reports and troubleshooting any problems.
  • Provide guidance for short-term and long-term resolution of HR team and end user queries with regards to the HR system
  • Responsible for imparting HR & user training, formulating knowledge database and communication on new features/functionality to end users.
  • Proven record and know-how of working with effective adoption and change management.
  • Responsible for creating various analytics, dashboards, reports and presentation for management / team Analytics across all HR areas like Talent Management, C&B, Learning, Business Partner HR, Manpower Panning and Wage costs
  • Identify, design and perform complex statistical analyses and make recommendations on HR domain in partnership with the HR Team.
  • Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, connects, database mining) to gather, analyze, and interpret research data and derive useful information for key business initiatives, working across and synchronizing multiple data sources.
  • Create and maintain datasets from disparate sources (HRIS, Surveys, HR Connects, internet, social media, etc.) and perform advanced analysis and trends with proven techniques such as regression analysis, forecasting methods.
  • Support HR Shared Services / HRBPs / L&D in additional projects and initiatives
  • Focus on continuous improvements whilst adhering to a central framework of policy and best practices.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience with hands-on experience on designing process flows and process tools in Microsoft Dynamics HR tool.
  • Creating HR analytics and dashboards and forecasting trends etc based on data.
  • Knowledge of complete HR employee lifecycle to be able to translate into workflows and optimise.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Tools (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms etc.)
  • Experience in PowerBi will be advantageous.
  • Preferably an HR degree holder and certification in HR analytics
