Senior Project Coordinator

To meet the Project Coordination requirement by maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.


  • Making sure that team has the tools they need to execute the project.
  • Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
  • Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
  • Working with team members who have project issues.
  • Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
  • Excellent documentation skills with extensive knowledge of tools including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, Vision, Excel, Google Docs and Wire-framing tools.
  • Should have exposure to international clients.
  • Service at all times. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in regard to delivering exceptional customer.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Understanding of project/Delivery management concepts.
  • Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.
  • Know the concepts related to the management of a project.
  • Knowledge of Reporting and Management Information Tools like Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, especially cloud-based software.
