Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Partner

Role overview:

We are looking for someone who can:
 
Present relevant candidates’ profiles by searching and screening / interviewing candidates using various portal like LinkedIn – Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.
 
Co-ordinate for interview scheduling, feedback and conduct negotiations and close offers of selected candidates.
 
Perform engagement activities with under offer candidates for successful onboarding and pipeline readiness.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Search, screen / interview and present suitable candidates for IT and non-IT vacancies received for various clients and locations in Canada.
  • Co-ordinate for interview scheduling, feedback collection and sharing.
  • Negotiate and close offers for selected candidates.
  • Involve in candidate engagement – under offer / potential candidates to keep them warm and excited to join and / or be interested in future positions.
  • Apply different searching techniques and methods to find suitable candidates from social media platform, open sources and job portals.
  • Timely submissions of relevant profiles for roles assigned.
  • Achieve agreed targets and timelines.
  • Involve and co-ordinate for smooth onboarding of his / her candidates.
  • Apply proactive approach to keep pipeline ready for positions worked.

Skills & Experience:

Must Have

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, coordination and candidate engagement.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Canada Staffing.
  • The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of visa classification & work authorization / permits.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal.
  • Good sourcing skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Good knowledge of IT and Non-IT skills / roles.
  • Works independently to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Must be highly motivated, dedicated, and results-driven to attain growth goals.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in the night shift as per Canada timings.
  • Good in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills.
  • Team player, proactive and energetic.
