Job Purpose:
Perform full cycle recruitment and source candidates that match specific criteria provided by the Hays UK Business in response to a client requirement (criteria includes skills, location, qualifications, salary/rate etc) |

Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience:
Essential:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US / UK Full cycle recruitment of IT professionals
- Working experience of US / UK based job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent searching techniques like Boolean, X-ray searches etc.
- Demonstrating and commitment to professional standards
- Time management, planning and organisation
- Record keeping
- Graduate- in any discipline
- Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks
- The ability and willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly
- Strong client focus & customer support: follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement

- Previous experience working in IT industry
