Associate – Vendor Partner
Our administration functions are key to the business, the raising of contracts are required before successful candidates can start in their new positions with our clients, enabling candidates to get paid and for Hays Corporate Accounts to generate revenue and profits.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of new contracts by entering the relevant details into bespoke candidate management system
- Contract amendments, extensions and terminations by entering the relevant details into bespoke candidate management system
- Administering margin drop checks and amends
- Assisting with the production of office and business statistics by maintaining and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Create candidates and jobs onto OneTouch for contractor migrations
- Weekly email chases for outstanding contracts to be returned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A fresh graduate
- Intermediate MS office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise workloads with minimum supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team-working abilities
- Good communication skills
