We are looking for an experienced and skilled PeopleSoft Technical expert with proven experience of supporting, and enhancing the PeopleSoft Application

Key Accountabilities

  • Good Hands On – PeopleSoft Technical
  • Flexible to work in shifts (UK hours)
  • Flexible to work some weekends

Skills & Experience:

  • Must Have
  • Able to operate outside of core working hours where required
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

  • Technology Requirements
  • Min 5 years’ experience on Application Designer, PeopleTools PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages. Specifically the person should be strong in Application Engine and Integration Technologies.
  • Ability to pick and develop competency in other HR modules like Global Payroll, Time & Labor etc.
  • Functional Exposure to HR/ELM/CRM/Portal modules (desirable)
  • PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher, SQL (desirable)
  • Other Requirements
  • Exposure of Fluid Design (desirable)
  • Exposure to PeopleSoft Security (desirable)
  • Exposure of Integration Broker (desirable)
  • Exposure of PeopleSoft Test Framework (desirable)
  • Exposure to PL-SQL (desirable)
  • Able to maintain strong attention to detail and produce quality code while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance Problem Solving
  • Troubleshooting and investigation of issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Resolution
  • Analysis and Solution Definition
  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of Business Partner's organization.
  • Identifies Business Partner organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Develops technical specifications and system design specifications for Business Partner engagements.
  • Technical Recommendation and Testing
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Works with Business Partner personnel to identify required changes.
  • Project Execution
  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Takes input from Project Team /Business Partners and appropriately and accurately evaluate and applies suggestions/feedback.
  • Communicates and applies project standards.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our Business Partners.
  • Understands the components of running a successful project.
  • Project documentation, packaging, testing and knowledge sharing
