A part of the Human Resource team, responsible for supporting an organization within every area of a company's human resources operations. Would play a vital role in talent acquisition, organization branding and supporting business in meeting hiring needs as per defined timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Search, screen and source profiles from job boards, social media, through head hunting etc. IT / Non-IT roles
  • Recruitment co-ordination (setup interview, candidate tracking / follow-up, follow-up for the feedback, warm-up call etc.)
  • Co-ordinating with candidates and hiring panel for seamless execution of interview process
  • Effective execution of candidate engagement activities with offered and potential candidates
  • Own and ensure completeness of interview documentation
  • HRIS management
  • Candidate / Employee database management
  • On-boarding formalities
  • Letters generation
  • Query handling

Co-ordinating within and across department/s

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment for technologies Java, Dot Net, Front End, Full Stack, DevOps, AWS, Cloud, Azure, Power BI, Oracle, SQL, MSBI, UI/UX, Mobile Application, RPA, Testing, DBA, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, PMO roles, etc.
  • Excellent resume sourcing skills from job boards, social media, in-house and alumni hiring
  • Experience in conducting HR interview
  • Candidate engagement experience
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
  • Attention to and eye for detail
  • Good working experience of MS Office –Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
  • Should be good in MIS & data handling and presentation
  • Ability to effectively communicate, co-ordinate with candidates, stake-holders and colleagues
  • Proficiency planning, time management and multitasking
  • Experience in employee on-boarding, prepare and issue various letters

Advantageous

  • Post Graduate degree in HR
  • Well versed with making presentations
  • Prior experience in bulk hiring for product-based company
